These unique climbing experience sessions take place at a choice of venues around Newquay. These include the opportunity to climb on some dramatic and unusual structures, ranging from rocks to buildings. Sessions are available as either half-day or full-day sessions. The climbs are equally suited to entertain large groups, as well as smaller number who requiring a more progressive challenge.

A cliff abseil lesson allows you to experience the Cornwall coast from a whole new perspective. The abseiling routes have varying gradients and unique challenges, but the ultimate experience for more advanced groups involves an abseil into the gaping mouth of a huge sea cliff looking out onto Newquay bay. The instructors will choose sections of cliff and abseiling routes to suit the weather conditions and your level of ability and experience.

As far as exhilarating activities go, this is right up there with bungee jumping. The Zip is a massive twin-parallel zipwire that stretches the entire length of a quarry. You will soar through the 500m Quarry over water at speeds of up to 40 mph to the Zip Landing pad below. Do it alone or race down with a friend on the Twin Cable Zip. It’s the UK’s longest zip wire, so we guarantee this is an experience of a lifetime!

What gets better than this? Starting from the beach you will scramble up to the top of the 150 ft cliff, negotiating various tricky obstacles on your way up on this cliff side assult course. Let your competitive streaks come out, as you will be timed against your mates. Now lets see who has been eating all the pies!

A tight rope walk with a difference - Walk from one 150ft cliff across to another. Place your feet on the bottom rope and grab the hanging rope in front of you one after another with your hands. You will make the petrifying walk high above the beach under the watchful eye of our instructors, safely strapped into a harness just in case of any slight mishaps!

Why not combine with Land Buggying and Land Boarding

This high-rope traverse takes you along an open rock face and across the mouths of caves, with sheer drops to pounding seas below and stunning coastal views all around. Prepare to be elated with the challenging new Cliffhanger Adventure.
Starting off on a gentle gradient, so you can get used to your harness, ropes and rock face, you then traverse to a height of 15 feet to an overhang. Once successfully negotiated, you will continue along a vertical rock face following the natural contours of the rock. Before long you reach your first real challenge – a Tyrolean traverse across the mouth of the cave. Like a short intense zip wire ride, it takes a leap of faith to launch yourself from the top of the cave to a rock runway on the other side. If the tide is in be prepared to get showered with spray, the crashing waves make this an awesome experience! After reconnecting to the safety line you inch your way further across the steep rock face, until you reach the second cave. This cave is even higher and tougher to negotiate as you have to physically pull yourself across the mouth of the cave upside down on a rope like Sylvester Stallone in the film “Cliffhanger”.
The excitement continues as you reach the end of the headland and encounter a 30-foot cliff abseil down the vertical cliff face to a rock platform. As you lower yourself, a massive cave opens up beside you. The scenery is mind blowing. On the rock ledge you will clip in again for a traverse around the end of the headland and back towards the beach. You’ll pass the mini cave in the cliff known locally as MacCreadie’s Hole, it is said that if you look hard inside you can just make out the head of a Pirate! Follow the cliff vertically straight up, over 100 feet to the top where your breathtaking Cliffhanger Adventure will end. Appox 2.5 hours.

One of the fastest growing adrenaline sports to hit the UK is Coasteering. Newquay has some of the best coastlines in the UK and the best way to explore it, is not only from the land but from the sea; inside caves, ducking through coves, negotiating rock jumps, plunge pools and whirl pools. The local marine life around Cornwall offers a few surprises when you immerse yourself in their environment! Join the Coasteering mission around the cliffs, ledges, smugglers caves and secret beaches of Newquay and you’ll get a buzz that you’ve never experienced before. The sessions last between two and three hours. You are equipped with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and wetsuit boots. There is a minimum of two instructors with you throughout the experience to ensure you are in safe hands!

This paintball site has a mixture of speedball and woodland zones with bunkers, fortified positions and natural cover, giving an exciting and atmospheric combination. They are one of the best sites for paintballing in Cornwall. All half day and full day sessions include the latest Co2 powered semi automatic paintball guns, full safety equipment, overalls, a full safety briefing and 100 FREE paintballs. The only thing you need to bring is sensible footwear. It is a must, No heals. The overalls will keep you mostly clean and the paint washes out, but it is recommended to wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Morning sessions commence 10.30am, afternoon sessions commence 2pm. With a number of different games scenarios, you will have a choice on which format you would like to play depending on group size:
