What does VIP iclude in the entertainment section?
VIP incudes queue jump, admission and a reserved area in certain places
Is there an additonal cost for Paintballs?
You will be supplied with 100 FREE Paintballs for each player, however there is a £6 charge for an additional 100
Can I bring my own Surf Board for the Surfing lessons?
Yes you can although Surf boards, wetsuits and buoyancy aids are provided if needed
I am unsure of group size, can I hold for maximum numbers?
Yes, you can hold for maximum numbers and we will require a deposit for that intended number, which is non-refundable.
What happens if the number booked increases when we come to pay the final balance?
We will rework your enquiry on the basis of the new number of people going and we will send you a new confirmation letter, which will replace the old contract already sent to you. You will be required to pay the increased price.
Is the deposit non-refundable?
No the deposit is non-refundable. If we are notified of any cancellation less than 28 days before the weekend commences, you will be required to pay the full balance.
Is there surcharge with debit and credit cards?
Yes, a 2.9% surcharge will be added to the transaction amount when paid by credit card, a 92.5p fee per transaction will be issued for debit card payments and a 3.44% surcharge for a company credit card.
Can I pay over the phone with a credit/debit card?
Yes, all major detit and credit cards are accepted
Is there a minimum group size?
No, however some activities require a minimum number of 6 participants, and at least one member of the group must be at least 18 years of age.
Is there an age restriction on any of the events?
Some of our events require persons to be a minimum age of 14 years of age. We ask that at least one person be at least 18 years of age
Do you arrange accommodayion only?
We can arrange accommodation only but in the low season. You will have to include either an activity or entertainement in the peak season.
Once the final balance is paid and group size drops, is the money refundable?
We will retain the deposit only, if the cancellation of the persons is before the 28 days prior the weekend. However, if the cancellation is within the 28 days, we will keep all monies paid to us.
Do I need to pull out insurance?
Yes, dependant on what activities you are doing, as many are hazardous. Adequate insurance is always recommended due to personal loss, damage and to cover canellations etc.
