1. Pricing Policy
Prices quoted to you at the time of your enquiry are correct to the best of our knowledge. It is possible that prices may change prior to you booking the arrangements. We will advise you of any change in the price or error of which we are aware at the earliest opportunity before you book with us. We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in prices at any time before your arrangements are confirmed. Once our confirmation letter has confirmed your arrangements to you, then subject to other clauses in these Booking Conditions the price will not change. In the unlikely event that you have to pay for an activity or for entrance to a venue booked through us, where you had already paid us for that activity, you must collect a receipt and send it to us immediately in order for us to reimburse those costs.

2. Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your vacation. Should the problem be within the terms of agreement Target Newquay will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost to yourself. If the problem cannot be corrected by ourselves then you will be entitled to a partial or  full refund.

3. Anti-Spam Policy
E-mail addresses collected in any way by ourself will NOT be shared with any 3rd parties. We may send you a Newsletter that provides you with details of services and promotions offered by Target Newquay. This has an un-subscribe facility.

4. Security Policy
Target Newquay does not store any financial details of our customers on the website or any server or database connected to the website.

5. Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise divulge any customer information to any 3rd parties.

6. Virus Policy
Although Target Newquay take all effort to ensure it's site and emails are free from any viral content, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate anti-virus software running at all times.
